The HUD form is very important in the real estate loan signing process. the HUD settlement Statement form is the document that is normally faxed to on the same day of the signing. The HUD Settlement Statement contains key information about the fees, apprasial, and payoffs associated with the loan and if it is not signed then the loan cannot close. Be sure that you have this document on the day of signing, or the loan will not close and you will not get paid.
