The limited power of attorney correction agreement is basiclly the same as the errors and admissions document in that it allows the lender to make corrections to clerical errors. It is a document that can be misunderstood as a way for the lender to hike the fees but this is not the case. It is only used to correct errors and can not be used to affect the terms in any way.
