The right to cancel form is to protect the borower(s) and is sometimes referred to as the right to rescission. The right to cancel form allows the borrower(s) the right to cancel the deal within three days. This is used more in timeshare sales then in traditional real estate, but may be used in both. Holidays and weekends are not counted as part of the three day period in the right to cancel form.
