The Statement of Information is one of the most time consuming documents for the notary to fill out. It takes between 10-15 minutes which is why some notaries choose to fill it out in advance then insert it back into the proper order. The Statement of Information includes the borrowers personal information such as employment history, prior marriages, names of children, etc.
